GENERAL CLEANING SERVICES

Kitchen- Walls spot cleaned , Bench tops wiped and sanitized, exposed areas on furnishings wiped (etc fridge, microwave,oven) , cobwebs removed, general dust and dirt removed, floors mopped, sink cleaned (ensure no dishes inside) window ledge wiped , air conditioning cleaned, blinds dusted. Any rubbish removed
Bathroom- Toilet seat wiped and sanitized , floor mopped, basin/sink wiped and sanitized, walls spot cleaned , any general furnishings dusted and cleaned (etc- shelves, drawers), window ledge wiped , blinds dusted , air conditioning cleaned ,rubbish removed.
Lounge- Floor vacuumed and/or mopped, furnishings dusted and wipe (etc. shelves , TV cabinet, lounge suites, coffee table) , walls spot cleaned, fans cleaned , cobwebs removed, air conditioning cleaned , blinds dusted, rubbish removed .
Bedroom- Floor vacuumed and/or mopped, all furnishings dusted and wiped( etc. drawers, shelving, TV cabinet) , walls spotcleaned , fans cleaned , air conditioning cleaned, cob webs removed, window ledge wiped, blinds dusted.
Laundry- Washing machine and dryer wiped clean (exterior) , cob webs removed , walls spot cleaned , window ledge wiped, blinds dusted , floor vacuumed and/or mopped.
BOND CLEANING
Expert Service
Kitchen Clean- Cupboards wiped and washed. Oven cleaned interior and exterior, range top and stove thoroughly wiped and sanitized. Floor mopped and polished. Countertops/Bench also wiped down and disinfected. Kitchen sink cleaned and polished. Walls spot cleaned (Note : This service can take up to 3hours to complete depending on size of kitchen area)
Bathroom Clean- Tiles cleaned and polished. Cabintery cleaned thoroughly.Sinks and taps wiped down and polished. Watermarks on shower/baths removed . Mirror/s cleaned. Shower and/or bath sanitized and mould/residue removed. Walls also wiped down and sanitized. Scuff marks removed where removable. Bath tub cleaned , vacuum and mop floors.
Toilet- Interior and exterior of toilet is cleaned and sanitized . Fragrance used also after completion of clean.(This service can take up to 1 and a half hours to complete depending on size of Bathroom)
Bedrooms- Window Skirts and blinds , window tracks . Scuff marks where removable. Fans , light bulbs and light shades cleaned.Cupboards or wardrobes cleaned. Carpet Boarders cleaned. General dirt , dust and grime removed. Floor Vacuumed. Cobwebs removed.
Laundry- Laundry Basin/sink cleaned, linen cupboard wiped clean .Floors mopped. Windows cleaned completely. (Additional Cost if Exterior to main property)
Garage- Sweep floors, clean cupboards/shelves and drawers. Remove cobwebs. Clean light shades and interior of light bulb if removable to get rid of insect.(Additional Costs Apply)
Balcony/Patio- Vacuum , sweep , mop floors . Wash/scrub sliding patio doors and tracks both interior and exterior, wash windows tracks and exterior. (Additional Costs Apply)
General- This accounts for services carried throughout most rooms etc. Removing dust and dirt from all fans, Light covers cleaned, light switches cleaned , walls wiped and scuff marks removed, general build up of dust and dirt removed throughout property, cob webs removed , air conditioning cleaned interior and exterior. Windows/Tracks cleaned on interior . (Additional Charges for Insect Screens)
Note; Bond Cleaning services DO NOT include Steam Carpet Cleaning - this can be added with the charges listed on our "Steam Carpet Cleaning" service page.Also please ensure that the area/s that our team will be cleaning hold NO household or furniture in that specified area as we are NOT furniture movers . If there are contents left within the areas' being serviced you will be charged an extra $50 per room for removal .
